Water hardness tester, quality tester

The meter allows you to quickly and accurately determine the amount of solid
particles dissolved in a liquid. Thanks to this, it is possible to determine the
level of contamination (ppm) of water and, therefore, its suitability for
drinking. The higher the water hardness index (ppm), the greater the likelihood
of its harmful effects on the human body. The meter works using the EC process,
ie the electrical conductivity of the liquid. Minerals such as salts, sodium,
calcium, magnesium, etc., increase the conductivity of the fluid, indicating its
higher hardness.

MEASUREMENT:

1. Remove the protective cap. Turn on the meter using the “ON/OFF” button.
2. Immerse the meter in the liquid to be tested (do not exceed the immersion
line).
3. Wait until the displayed value stabilizes (less than 5 s), then read the
value from the display or press the HOLD button and read the result from the
measured liquid.
4. After completing the measurement, wipe the electrode with a cloth. Turn off
the meter by pressing the “ON/OFF” button. Replace the protective cap.

4 DISPLAY MODES By pressing the SHIFT key, you can choose one of 4 display
modes:

1. TDS – ppm & °C
2. EC – µs / cm & °C
3. TDS – ppm & °F
4. EC – µs/cm & °F

ATC function (Automatic Temperature Compensation) – temperature measurement and
compensation meter reading in the range of 0-50 ° C. Thanks to this, a more
accurate result can be obtained.

The TDS & EC meter complies with EU directives and is CE marked. In addition,
